Running a remote retrospective that produces three action items
Collect input async, limit the list, and track follow-through like real work.
Async prompts before the call gave quieter teammates equal weight.
Three action items max. Anything else went to a parking lot with an owner for later.
Retro actions became tasks with due dates — otherwise they vanished by Thursday.
